Study On Ecology Benefit Of Land Consolidation Based On THE ESV Theory Appraise

Land is the basis of human survival and development. However, as human reproduction and social-economic development, the contradiction between people and land is more and more obvious. Therefore, the land reclamation becomes an important coordinated and adjusted measure to ease the contradiction. Especially in recent years, it has played a significant role.Ecosystem is the carrier of human production and life. The balance of ecosystems is an important support for sustainable development of human society. Ecological benefits reflect the basic indicators of ecosystem balance.At present, most of domestic researches on ecosystem impact assessment of the land reclamation are mainly qualitative analysis. The evaluation methods have stayed in the one-sided focus on improving the arable land growth rate. To get the ecological benefits be more intuitional, this paper will use the value of ecosystem services as the quantitative indicators for the evaluation of ecological benefits. The quantified ecological benefits are helpful to assess the rationality and comprehensiveness of land reclamation planning, and it also can be a scientific guidance as the following land reclamation or land-use planning.This paper will divide the functions of land ecosystems with the study results of land ecosystems and land remediation characteristics combining the previous studies. At the same time, the functional value of each part will also be classified, and it includes the direct value, indirect value and other values. In the ecosystem, few functions can be represented by direct value. And the indirect values and other values rely on other quantitative data. Therefore, for selecting the appropriate method to calculate its value conversion according to the quantitative logical services value features, this paper uses conversion methods, such as the market value method, the condition value method, and the results-based reference method, to calculate the value of ecosystem services.This paper will study the Eco-efficiency variation of the land reclamation planning implementation based on the ecosystem services value with taking the land reclamation planning of Tongshan County which in Xianning City of Hubei as an example. The results show that the overall value of the ecosystem services has changed72.7946million yuan in land reclamation planning area. Except for a negative service value of the regulation of atmospheric greenhouse effect gas emissions, other features have improved differently. Especially the functional benefits of carbon sequestration and oxygen release and cultural tourism have increased obviously. And the ecological environment of land reclamation planning area has been improved.Combining the theoretical and empirical research, this paper has reached the following conclusions.Contrast with the previous research, this paper focus on the shift from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis in the land reclamation Eco-efficiency analysis. At the same time, the factors which can’t directly be quantified also get its scientific and rational quantitative analysis with combining the market value method, the shadow price method and other methods. This enables us to intuitively understand the impact of ecological changes to our production and living.This paper completes the quantitative analytical assessment method for the land reclamation ecological impact. This method can adjust the evaluation and value conversion according to the various regions of the human geography and economic development. Therefore, it improves the quantitative method for evaluating the land reclamation ecological benefits.This paper introduces the ecosystem services value method. It visually expressed the hidden ecological changes in the form of currency, and quantified the form of properties changes which were difficult to measure directly in the ecosystem services value. Meanwhile, combining with the economic and cultural development of the study area, the correction of ecosystem service value theory enriched the ecological benefits quantification theory.This research method requires a combination of the international evaluation criteria and the respective national conditions in practical applications, and also requires a comprehensive consideration of the respective regional human geography characteristics and the economic development. In this way, this method can accurately show the impact of local ecological benefits.
