In recent years,with the accelerated process of urbanization.The ecological function of urban green space has been paid more and more attention.Scientific evaluation of the ecological benefits of urban green space is not only helpful to correctly understand its current situation,but also has a guiding significance for the rational planning of urban green space in the future.The study use the three-dimension green quantity as evaluation index,It researches the different plant communities in Taiyuan city green space,and quantify the ecological benefits of the different structure of green space.Research areas include jinci park,Wen Ying park,Longtan park,Forest park,Center street park(Moyiyuan garden,Zhulinyuan garden,Bingxiuyuan garden)five areas.According to the different structure of plant communities(including arbor forest,arbor-shrub-herbs,tree-herb,shrub-herb,herb)field investigations and comparative analysis,results show that:(1)The order of the per unit 3-D green quantity from high to low among the five plant communities:arbor forest>arbor-shrub-herbs>tree-herb>shrub-herb>herb.(2)The 3-D green quantity of arbor forest and arbor-shrub-herbs communities is significantly correlated with the tree layer average crown,average height and average DBH;The 3-D green quantity of arbor-shrub-herbs communities is significantly correlated with the tree layer average crown、average height,but it has no significant correlation with tree layer average DBH;The 3-D green quantity of shrub-herbs communities is significantly correlated with the shrub layer average crown,average height;The 3-D green quantity of herb communities is significantly correlated with the plant height.(3)Set up three kinds of commonly used tree species of 3-D green quantity of regression model.(4)The ecological benefits of different plant communities were compared.The order of the CO2-Fixation and O2-releasing annually from the high to low among the five plant communities:arbor forest>arbor-shrub-herbs>tree-herb>shrub-herb>herb;The order of the SO2 absorption annually from the high to low:arbor forest>arbor-shrub-herbs>tree-herb>shrub-herb>herb;The order of the ability of dust retention annually from high to low:arbor forest>arbor-shrub-herbs>tree-herb>shrub-herb>herb;The order of annual transpiration from high to low:arbor forest>arbor-shrub-herbs>tree-herb>shrub-herb>herb.(5)Green space three-dimensional green quantity per unit area is positively correlated with its main ecological index value(CO2-Fixation and O2-releasing、SO2 absorption、adsorbing Dust quantity、transpiration).
