The problem of the origin of life has been a major problem of humanexploration and research, for the origin of life, our curiosity never reduces. As theefforts and explorations of Generations of scientists,we opened a tip of the icebergwith speculation and experimental time. When and Where life is exactly producedand evolution,t hese are still no conclusive proof. But after several generations ofexploration, there have been some evidence and inference to determine how lifebegan. The heat of the scientists’ study about the problem of ow to generate life isstill in high temperature. Because how the life of human began is significance.Through the study of this problem, we found the secret of DNA, characteristics ofthe cell membrane, protein efficiency, the survival and development of mankindare very important. Based on the study and application of these, human not onlygradually understand the nature, but also began to do everything possible to usenature to provide us with resources and favorable conditions. To explore the lifehow to create this problem, footsteps of human never stop. The scientists throughthe replication of DNA methods have been successfully cloned in plant andanimal. Although scientists have made great achievements and advances in thisrespect, but how life began on the early Earth is still in the stage of exploration. Inthe continuous exploration, scientists devides he origin of life gradually into twokinds, extraterrestrial origin and chemical evolution. we still not sure which wayis the evolution of life, but we can speculate by some found evidence so far. In thevicinity of deep-sea thermal vents, scientists have discovered the environment forthe origin of life to begin, not only the reducing atmosphere but more temperaturestep for small molecule organic synthesis and aggregation of organic molecules. For the formation of a membrane structure is also very suitable. This discoveryprovides new opportunity to the development and exploration the origin and life. Therefore, to study the origin of life ushered in an exploration of the peak. In thisenvironment, the membrane research become very popular, our research on themembrane is carried out in this environment. The self-assembly of oleic acid vesicles were studied. In the second chapter,we produces the oleic acid vesicles and detects it. We obtain the best PH oleic acidvesicles existed is8.5, the optimum temperature is21℃.And in the process ofoleic acid vesicles self-assembly, adding phosphate buffer solution is required.Without phosphate buffer solution, we can not obtain oleic acid vesicles. In the third chapter, we study the life activity of oleic acid vesicles, and thepossible presence of catalytic or inhibitory effect of metal ions on the experiments. The following conclusions are obtained: f irstly, the oleic acid vesicles has the lifeactivity as cell membrane permeability. Presumably, oleic acid vesicles and cellmembrane have the same permeability activity in nature, may be intermediates inthe origin of life. Secondly, low concentrations of aqueous solution of metal ionsof potassium, calcium, magnesium almost have no effect on the formation of oleicacid vesicles.Based on the research above, we have further understanding on oleic acidvesicles’ formation and activity, and simplify the generation conditions of oleicacid vesicles as far as possible. Next, we will have a further research about otherlife activity characteristics of oleic acid vesicles, and find the most simple andmost suitable prebiotic Earth environmental conditions. We will have the furtherunderstanding about the origin of life in the generation of membrane structure.
