Decision-making is a subjective activity of human subject in recognizing and choosing social objects, due to the complexity and diversity of decision-making problems, fuzzy multi-objective decision-making has become a hot research topic in various fields. In 1993,Gua and Buehrer put forward Vague set theory, which more accurately describes the degree of ambiguity of things. As a mathematical tool to deal with uncertainties,Vague sets are widely used in multi-objective decision-making fields, such as management decision-making,military operations research, information processing and artificial intelligence. This paper mainly studies the problem of multi-objective decision making based on Vague sets theory, the main work is as follows:1.This paper discusses and improves the calculation method of score function.By analyzing the information contained in the supporting target set,the opposing target set and the neutral target set,a new sorting method with hesitation degree is defined, which makes the information of the unknown part effectively utilized, and the rationality and effectiveness of the sorting method are verified by an example.2.In this paper,we analyz and compare the traditional weight determination methods, and the entropy weight coefficient method is introduced in the decision-making process to recalcula the weight of targets, and then a multi-objective decision making method based on the entropy weight Vague set is proposed. This method considers both subjective preferences and objective facts, assigns new interval weights to each objective, and redefines the evaluation function to rank the schemes. The results of the example analysis show that the method implies the traditional maximal method and the maximal method, which reduces the subjective arbitrariness in the decision process and is more effective.
