This paper studied the Studies on Leaf epidermal and pollenmicro-morphology and eographical Distribution of the Caprifoliaceae plants of HenanFlos lonicerae belongs to the caprifoliaceae, which mainly distributes in Europe,North America, temperate zone of north Africa and subtropical of north Asia, south ofthe Philippines and Malaysia in the south. Species of the genus which accounts formore than half of global species in our country, is the concentrated distribution area ofFlos lonicerae. As a widely distributed species, it almost distributed in allprovinces,and most distributed in the south west. As a result, China is the majorregion to study on plant geography and systematics。This paper makes a review and summary on the taxonomic research history andstatus quo, and makes electron microscope scanning on the leaf epidermis of the20species of flos lonicerae. Among all of the flos lonicerae under research, only thosehave the leaf lower epidermis exist stomata, and all kinds of stomatal apparatus isarranged for the irregular shape. Most of the stratum corneum of flos lonicerae appearlike ridges and strip lines, and only a few hace no ornamentation and reticular lines.There are lager interspecific differences on stomatal apparatus size and densityr.The basic characteristics of flos lonicerae are as follows: The pollen is roundspherical or nearly spherical, rarely is dry cystic; Polar front view for3split circularor single split circular; Germination holes are often multiple germinal aperture, andsometimes are single gully and3gullies; Most of the pollen have stub spines on thesurface; Surface grain are significant mesh. The differences between thecharacteristics of the pollen morphological of caprifoliaceae are not notable, it showsclearly that it really has the certain scientific basis to classify the several plants into asame family plant.Through consulting literature,1new variety record in Henan named Lonicerawebbiana Wall et DC var mupinensis(Rehd) Hsu et H J Wang was discovered in thispaper.Through consulting literature, this paper has a comparison between thegeographical distribution characteristics of Henan and other provinces. The lonicera genus distribution is moderate in Henan, and the four mountains in the province allhave the distribution. The largest distribution of plant species is in Funiu Moutain,whch achieved22kinds,and the least amount is Tongbo Moutain. Nationally, HunanProvince is the richest provinces in the number of Lonicera plant species, thesouthwest region is the most species-rich areas of Lonicera, the number of Loniceraplant species showing the decreasing trend from the south-west region to the eastcoast, the Northeast region, the western region, Northwest Territoriesnorth to theInner Mongolia Autonomous Region, to the west of Xinjiang Autonomous Region,where species richness to a minimum. Vertical distribution, honeysuckle aredistributed at an altitude of250m to2000m adaptable. More than half of the speciescan adapt to the environment more than1000m above sea level. The range from500to2500m above sea level is the species vertical distribution center range of Henanprovince honeysuckle plant. Xinjiang Autonomous Region is the endemism center ofLonicera Species, the endemism of Yunnan, Hubei, Sichuan is higher than the otherprovinces, the western region, the eastern region, the southwest region show a higherendemism of Lonicera plants.
