Studies On The Micro-morphology Of Leaf Epidermal And Pollen And The Geographical Distribution Of The Urticaceae Plant In Henan Province

This paper maintain that Urticaceae are widely distributed,which are in the temperate and subtropical regions of the world,Most species are herbs or shrubs,there are a few trees or climbing vineherbaceous.About 1300 species in 48 genera were found in the whole world.There are 26 genera and 363 species in China,distributed from the whole China,but most concentrated in the subtropical and tropical regions south of the Yangtze river basin.Archiboehmeria(Archiboehmeria C.J.Chen)is a single species endemic to China,more species of Boehmeria(Boehmeria Jacq.)and Pilea(Pilea Lindl.)and Urtica(Urtica L.)are widely distributed in China,single species of Debregeasia(Debregeasia Gaud)is tribution center in southwestern China.we studies system and geography of Urticaceae plants in China.In this paper,the epidermal morphology of Urticaceae 27 taxa in Henan was observed by SEM.It discovered that the leaf epidermal cuticle of Henan Urticaceae plants is mostly thin,in SEM it can clearly distinguish epidermal cell structure,there are 5 species of Urticaceae stomata are present in lower epidermis,the remaining species appeared only on the lower epidermis,stomata arranged all species are irregular in shape.The cuticular ornamentation can be divided into two types no decorations and granular protrusions.Among them,most have striped grain,only a few no decorations.Interspecific differences on stomatal apparatus size and density is larger.The pollen from 7 kinds of Urticaceae plant samples in Henan province were observed by SEM,because of the acquisition conditions and plantcharacteristics,pollen is mostly dry capsule,A few of then are normal;it found that Henan Urticaceae appearance is spherical or nearly spherical,3 crack of circular or nearly circular in polar view and its surface has mostly 3-colporate aperture.Most of the distribution of pollen surface have projection;Surface ornamentation is mesh.There are some differences between the pollen morphological characteristics in species of the Henan Urticaceae plant.In this paper,the geographical distribution of henan Urticaceae plants and compared with the national each provinces situation has carried on the preliminary research and analysis.Henan Urticaceae plant species is relatively rich,there are a total of 33 species in this article from the statistical distribution of Urticaceae species in Henan province,the four mountains ranges in the province have distribution.Funiu mountain has the most distribution of Urticaceae plant species,27species,the other three mountains have less distribution.The most abundant species distribution of Urticaceae in China are mainly in the areas of Southwest China,yunnan province.The species richness is lowest in ningxia,only 3 species are distributed in these region.Chinese endemic distribution of Urticaceae plant species,with taiwan as the center,is distributed in yunnan,xizang and guangxi area,it is obviously different from Chinese plant species richness distribution.The otherness of the similarity coefficient of the geographical location of the neighboring provinces with henan province is not obvious.The elevation of 500 m?2000 m area is the vertical distribution center of Henan Urticaceae plants.
