In this thesis we isolate25Trichoderma strains that produced high active cellulose with PDA medium. The similarity and tree analysis of Trichoderma strains are carried out by ITS amplification.7Trichoderma strains that stably produced high active cellulase are isolated from25Trichoderma strains by screeming Wheat bran fermentation activity. Trichoderma strain NO.3,6,11,19have a low enzyme activity among all strains. Trichoderma strain NO.1,2,13,16,20,21,23have a high and stable enzyme activity and are renamed as M1、M2、M3、M4、M5、M6、M7. With repeated Screening, three strains that have a higher CMC enzyme and filter paper enzyme activity strains are isolated. The CMC activity and FPA activity of M1, M2, M3is435U,109.92U,247.5U,99.75U,298.75U,112.42U, respectively.
