And then based on the above analysis andresearch, combined with regional characteristics of the six coastal cities in Liaoning,put forward the specific area, three districts, five parks, the top ten industrialdevelopment path to choose, to guide marine culture industry further development.Finally, according to the present situation of Liaoning coastal marine culture industry,this paper put forward the policy measures and means to ensure the effectiveimplementation of these development paths.
