Ethnobotanical Sdady On Medcine Food Homology Plants Of Taibai Mountain Region

The plant resources are very rich in our country, but the plant developed and utilized isvery fewer than the all. Qinling mountain is a treasure of plants in China, there are about3000spermatophytes, and1770species on Taibai mountain. The purpose of this paper is providingbasis for the research about edible and medicinal plants in future. The research result to14villages of meishan, taibai and zhouzhi countries by ethnobotanical method, as fllow:1. There are abundant edible and medicine plants in Taibai mountain region. Accordingto our investigation, there are183species edible and medicine spermatophytes be used bylocal residents frequently, about6.10%of the total number of spermatophyte in qinling,around10.33%in taibai mountain. These plants belong to61families and119genera. Thebiggest families are rosaceae which has29species, compositae which has20species, liliaceaewhich has19species. The main part is herbs accounting for56.3%of the total, followed bybush by18.0%. They mainly distributed in high altitude area.2. There are11kinds of food plants which accounted for6%of all edible plants. Theirseeds be used commonly. Such as the seed of Chinese dodder, castanea mollissima etc.3species among of them no longer be used. The left8species be used as fruits and snacks notfoods. Vegetables are most. There are118species and account for64.5%of all.10species canbe made dry vegetables. Their edible parts are seedling and tender leaves. There are46specieswild fruits and account for25.1%of all. The leaves account3.8%of all plants.3. In terms of medicinal plants can be divided into whole plants, leaves, fruit and seeds,barks, roots, stems and branches, flowers and others. Whole plants are the biggest category,and have67species, account for36.6%of all plants; The following is roots category. It has40species and account for21.9of all plants. Fruit and seed category has38species andaccount for20.8%. Bark category has13species and account for7.1%. The species of leavescategory, stems and branches category and flower category are less. It account for4.45%,3.3%,2.2%. The26species which have more than2medicinal parts are repetitive computation in the process of calculation.
