Aquatic ecosystems not only provide the survival of the multiple species to withthe necessary material conditions and space infrastructure, but also enable thedevelopment of the populations of each species evolution. With the economic take-offand rapid increase in population, the various needs of human water resources increase.However, the total water resources are limited, resulting in the generation of manyecological and environmental problems, the structure and function of the destructionof the ecological environment. Therefore, carrying out the functional assessment ofaquatic ecosystems can contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the value ofwater resources as well as scientific and rational use of water resources. In this paper,based on of the third partitions of Liaohe River Basin aquatic ecological function, thestudy adopts water ecosystem service type as the basic evaluation unit and carries outfunctional classification. Then, it screens each service function evaluation and adoptscomprehensive evaluation method to calculate each of the third partitions AHP andexpert assessment method its index weight Fu, drawing each service functional leveland leading functional structure of each region. The main research content andresearch results are:1.Watershed ecosystem services are divided into five categories: Biodiversity andhabitat to maintain function, the function of the product to provide agriculturalproduction, water conservation and hydrological Function of Regulation Habitatprotection and urban development functions and soil and water conservation andecological restoration functions. Based on the research area, i.e. the third LiaoheRiver Basin aquatic ecological function partition, according to the actual situation andthe data analysis, this paper selects evaluation index based on the principle of theestablishment of evaluation index system.2.Based on Liaohe River Basin aquatic ecological function of third partitions andscreening information data collection for many years,this part quantified indicatorsfor each service function. Biodiversity and habitat to maintain functional assessmentof the use of biological diversity, the index of the importance of biodiversity, landscape diversity index and the importance of habitat index of four indicators wereassessed, four indicators respectively weights0.2,0.3,0.2,0.3.Products provideagricultural production function to select the annual catch Conditions Index, fourindicators were assessed in primary industry index, the index of agricultural waterand arable land area index, the weight of the four indicators were0.2,0.4,0.2,0.2.Water conservation, water resources and hydrological regulation andstorage function evaluation function index, drought index, index and reservoirs oftotal water resources of the four indicators, the weight of each index were0.2,0.2,0.2,0.4.Habitat protection and urban development functions evaluated by theuse of water resources conditions index, water environment supports index, landscapereservoir and park attractions and tourism output value index of four indicators, fourindicators weight0.15,0.5,0.2,0.15.Soil and water conservation and ecologicalrestoration of function evaluation using water river sediment load index area index ofsoil erosion, water quality pollution index and vegetation coverage index of fourindicators, four indicators respectively weights0.2,0.3,0.3,0.2.3.Liaohe River Basin third water ecological function zoning partition plaque led tothe confirmation of the service functions: The reference of the effective value of thefive kinds of service functions of each area can determine the region’s leadingfunction type. The results show that there are seven third partitions leading waterecosystem services of Biodiversity and7third partitions leading water ecosystemservices of biodiversity and habitat maintenance functions. There are43districtsleading water ecosystem services Ribbon products and agricultural production,22area leading water ecosystem services of water conservation and hydrologicalregulation and storage,13leading water ecological service function of the thirdpartitions of Habitat protection and urban development, five third partitions leadingwater ecosystem services of soil and water conservation and ecological recovery.
