Research On Credit Evaluation Of Project Bidding Agency

As a Competitive transactions of optimized allocation of resources，biddingand procurement has achieved rapid development in the past30years in our country,and has become an important means to promote the construction of the modernmarket system. In recent years, credit deficiency of procuratoria agencies especiallythe project bidding agency is often seen, causing increasing concern in all aspects ofthe society. Establishing and perfecting the credit evaluation system of projectbidding agency and improving the credit level of the project bidding agency hasbecoming the important content of the construction of social credit system in China.This thesis firstly introduces the development status of credit evaluation andthe research results at home and abroad, and elaborates the basic theory andconnotation of enterprise credit evaluation. Secondly, based on the relatedtheoretical basis of the enterprise credit, combined with the characteristics of theproject bidding agency industry in our country, we Initially built the framework ofthe credit evaluation system of project bidding agency, present the basic idea ofproject bidding agency credit and the hierarchic Gray relational analysis ofevaluation method and establish a hierarchy of credit evaluation index system ofproject bidding agency and determine the index relative weight, and then weconstruction of the Analytic Hierarchy Process-based multi-level gray correlationevaluation model of project bidding agency. Afterwards, we design the empiricalanalysis combined with the credit data of project bidding agency, to verify themodel’s validity and rationality. Finally, some policy recommendations are putforward to improve the credit evaluation system of project bidding agency policyrecommendations.
