Chinese Travel industry, as one of the three pillars of the tourism industry, the business environment has changed a lot with the"WTO". In order to survive in the competition and the development, Travel Industry must be able to establish a Performance Evaluation System of accurately reflection of its economy and strategic oriented to constantly revise the enterprise management measures, correctly guide behavior of enterprise managers and employees. However take our current travel industry performance evaluation system as considered, most of which still remain the traditional Financial Performance Evaluation, put more emphasis on short-term performance instead of lone-term performance and more emphasis on tangible and less on intangible est.. To make up deficiencies of traditional ways of emphasizing financial indicators, BSC has put forward some solutions.By introducing the BSC theory, we set up a strategic oriented performance evaluation system, studied on how to establish BSC for specific travel agents and based on which to show how it is to promote the implementation of corporate strategy. This paper mainly utilize several research methods of combination of theory and practice, combination of quantitative and qualitative, comparative analysis and reasoning analysis.Firstly, explained the purpose and significance of the topic and the domestic and international research status and research method of content and ideas.Secondly, according to the current situation of travel agents characteristics and performance evaluation, by introducing the basic frame and nuclear idea of BSC to explain the comparative advantages of using BSC on travel agencies. Moreover, the Performance Evaluation of the travel agencies business model has been designed, and the question of how to create a balanced scorecard in the travel agencies business has been put forward.Finally, introduced the H travel agency and applied the evaluation model and gave some suggestions on how to set up efficient BSC evolution system on travel agencies.The whole paper relied on the analysis frame of BSC and based on the summary of research results of domestic and foreign relevant aspects, aiming on based on its evaluation results to help businesses find the weak links, to find out the key points which can play a competitive edge and help to determine the next target, with a certain degree of operability.
