With the progress of the society, enterprise managers are aware of thecompetition between modern enterprises mainly depends on the talent, there is nolonger what all regardless of the all and pursuit of profit, and employees almost havereceived education, work is not only a means of breadwinner, but the embodiment oftheir value; how to make employees to concentate on own work and unity, and destinyof enterprise, how to let the incentives are effective is the most important problem inhuman resource management. Compared with the traditional state-own enterprises,development and huamn resource of private enterprises are limited. So, it is necessarythat enhance the level of human resource management and build a effective incentivesystem.Based on the article of YiLin media company as the background, by studying therelated theory including: demand theory, two-factor theory, achievement needs theory,ERG theory, intrinsic theory, as the theoretical basis. Find out the problem and defectsthrough analysis of the existing incentive system, and in the form of interviews withthe staff from four aspects what salary and welfare, performance assessment,individual development and enterprise culture, and find out effective incentive factorsas the basis of the new incentive system.The incentive system of YiLin Media Company didn’t work so that lead to staffloss seriously through analysis. After design of incentive system including four needsthat salary and welfare, performance assessment, individual development andenterprise culture, and more effective than bofore, and stable structure of the staff; itmake personal goals consistent with the future of enterprise, and achieve the commongoal gradually.
