With the advent of the knowledge-based economy, the organization’s core production factors have changed, from capital and labor gradually transition to knowledge, which become increasingly prominent position and becoming the organization’s core source of value. At the same time, the problem of how to effectively manage the knowledge has become increasingly important, the concept of Knowledge Management (KM) was widespread concern after first proposed. Case knowledge with large size of knowledge granularity and high integration and higher application value is an important form of tacit knowledge, whose acquisition has important significance. The acquisition of case knowledge which break through the bottleneck of knowledge acquisition to some extent, and from perspective of KM, the acquisition of case knowledge direct impacts on the overall effectiveness of CBR knowledge management system and so on. So, this paper put the acquisition of case knowledge as its core and put forward the establishment of the case knowledge acquisition system.First of all, this paper described the background of KM, and the connotation of case knowledge and the significance of knowledge acquired. Then, this paper defined the connotation of case knowledge acquisition and described the article ideas and researched on the related theories. In this paper, CBR management system model was established from the view of the knowledge chain and the research scope of the case knowledge acquisition system was proposed.Secondly, the case knowledge acquisition system model architecture was proposed in this paper. With case knowledge source as a starting point, the case knowledge acquisition social subsystem and the case knowledge acquisition technical subsystem were proposed based on the dual perspective of the social technology system. The case knowledge acquisition social subsystem was the "software" section of the case acquisition system, and the case knowledge acquisition technical subsystem was the technology platform of case knowledge acquisition. The case knowledge acquisition social subsystem contained two aspects, the influencing factors of the system and the construction strategy of the system. Construction strategy was discussed from the cultivation of the organizational culture; the improvement of the system, and the effective management of body of knowledge. The case knowledge acquisition technical subsystem, whose acquisition process included identification, acquisition, refinement, refinement and storage in accordance with the structure of the knowledge chain. CKI-TD (Case Knowledge identify with target decomposition) was proposed in the link of case identification. This paper researched from the acquisition strategies and acquisition technology in the link of case acquisition. The feature description section of framework of representation was divided into the case body description and case characteristics description. Case Features were refined by Rough Sets (RS) in the link of case refinement. Cases are classified storage and the case library function module is introduced in the link of case storage.At last, as an example of bearing damage case acquisition, the case acquisition system was tested; bearing damage case acquisition social subsystem and bearing damage case acquisition technical subsystem were established.
