Abstract/Summary:
With the globalization of the market economy,the society has entered the era of knowledge economy, as the natural persons of the knowledge-based economy carrier, becoming an important concerned object in the theory of management and practice. The consensus that employees are not only the fundamental enterprise development,but also the direct profit maker of enterprise has formed.How to make the employees to combine the realization of their own value and enterprise value,then create more wealth,promote the improvement of competitiveness.maintain continuous development and improve the enterprise satisfaction of employee is an effective human resources management tools. However, employee satisfaction survey has not received enough importance,it only stays in the investigation of primary level.Based on this, in the purpose of providing a bit of reference on the employee satisfaction surveys of domestic enterprises,this paper conducts an empirical study of employee satisfaction surveys on Sichuan A enterprise.This paper consists of five parts:The first chapter elaborate the background and the significance of the employee satisfaction survey, as well as the research ideas,frameworks,research methods and innovation.The third chapter makes chear the concept of employee satisfaction and the ideas of the survey,then details the function of the survey,including improvement of work efficiency,the increasing enterprise profits and cohesion.The third chapter is the construction of employee satisfaction survey table,introduces the variety construction method of suvey qustionnaries,at the same time, from the three major aspects of the work itself, the work groups and satisfaction, etc.,34selection problem and two open-ended questions has been used to build out the contents of the questionnaire.Chapter IV is the analysis of employee satisfaction survey, according to the questionnaire analysis discusses the current situation of hunman resource,then comes up with the recommendations and measures. Chapter V is about some measurements to improve employee satisfaction,thinking that senior corporate emphasis on employee satisfaction is the premise to improve the satisfaction, to build a fair and equitable system of three system "is the core content and building a harmonious cultural content has a fundamental role to focus on employee growth.The last chapter is the conclusion, shows once again that the point of this article, an overview of the main innovations of this study, the existence of deficiencies and areas for further research.
