The continuous elevation in consumer demand in customization has driven the market to launch new products and service anytime and anywhere. It can be said that the dramatic and complicated changes in the environment have become an issue which has to be dealt with during a development path of companies.However, for private owned SMEs (small and middle sized enterprises), these issues are only one aspect of all. They will also have to deal with numerous problems in the management system in the company. These issues can be crucial or even decisive for the sustainable development in the future for companies. Just like these enterprises, MN Elevator Company is also faced with outdated management ideas, rigid management, low management efficiency and a series of problems. Due to the size of this paper, this paper has only researched in depth on the system management and optimization of MN Elevator Company.This paper takes MN Elevator Company as an example, to study its issues on system management and optimization. Firstly, it elaborates in detail from the perspectives of financial system establishment, position setting, staff resource, accounting, management of finance and others. Secondly, it further proposes a series of issues existing in the company financial system. Finally, it gives measurements and suggestions on management and optimization particularly aiming at these current issues.This paper is accomplished with the author applying the theoretical knowledge learnt at school and combining his working experience.
