Facing the economic structure transformation and upgrading,Increasingly fierce competitive environment,many enterprises pay more attention to the management of the organization and staff,that is,the importance of human resource management has been elevated to an unprecedented height.As an important management tool,performance management,which is directly linked to the target and benefit of the enterprise,has been paid great attention and needs to be improved continuously.TL Company is a medium-sized private real estate enterprises,2015 completed the sale of 3 projects,the total annual sales of about 5 billion yuan.This paper selects the Shenzhen city is located in the Bemoan District item company's performance management work for special research and analysis.TL company's current performance management program itself and the implementation of the process exist some problems,leading to the leadership and employees are not recognized and not satisfied with the place.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,interview method,questionnaire research method,chart analysis method in-depth analysis of TL company's current performance management status and problems,and find many problems,consist of paying attention to form,do not paying attention to the actual effect;focusing on goals,don't focusing on goal decomposition;paying attention to the result,do not paying attention to the process;paying attention to the assessment,do not paying attention to incentives;paying attention to welfare,do not paying attention to rewards and punishments The reasons for the problems are all-round,not only the performance management design is unreasonable,and the performance management implementation process is not perfect,at the same time TL company human resources department itself has many reasons for the problem.To identify the crux of the problem,it may be the solution.Then the problems put forward some optimization scheme of the performance management framework and detailed and feasible,including the optimization of performance target design,selection and use to improve the performance management process and performance management methods such as the perfect.The daily management work more scientific and reasonable management concept and management method of TL company after implantation,want to will bring hitherto unknown influence and change,including teamwork forcing more strengthen,subordinate relationship continuing to improve,steadily enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.With the company's further development,performance management design,implementation and other aspects must follow the changes in the reality of the objective situation and constantly optimize and improve,in order to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise to promote the good momentum.
