Process of modern enterprise management, product manufacturing, sales, more and more complex and delicate, according to the survey of the relevant data and information, according to the present stage of the world’s top companies in the face of market competition, science and technology progress, the influence of knowledge update, the response is more and more tend to be done by human resources development and reserves, and human resources development and reserve is an important way that training, through training make the staff constantly updated with the relevant professional technical knowledge and enhance competence, so a good enterprise must to staff training into the enterprise management, and establish the perfect training system, as the core of human resource development. After 2002, yinchuan JT company scale expands unceasingly, many new staff joined in the enterprise, number of employees 2000 people, staff turnover facing mature again at the same time, the company strategic development goals need reserve a large number of high-level management and technical personnel, the company vowed to build learning organization, but at the beginning of the company staff training, continue to establish model, training system is not sound, the way the training, course arrangement and is not consistent between job requirements, training will not be able to achieve expected effect. Need to be more perfect training system to support enterprise personnel training.In this paper, based on the actual case enterprises, combined with modern training theory, for the company to produce some of the problems in the process of training puts forward reasonable solution, for the company managers and some related to human resources development staff has an important role. And, for JT company’s employee training and training system for the construction of the status of research for the local staff training of similar enterprises to provide important reference significance.
