Tourism as a in recent years by people praise highly recreational activities, not only filled the people free time outside of work, and soothe the today’s stressful people anxious mood, help double relaxation of mind and body. Tourism as one of the leading industry in the tertiary industry, for the third industry into one of the most flexible blood, largely affect the level of economic development in liaoning province, liaoning province all levels of government attaches great importance to this. Thinking of writing this article is:first of all, the reference literatures, construct the evaluation model of the tourism competitiveness of liaoning province, and the index system of scientific selection, secondly, detailed analysis of general situation of the tourism resources in liaoning province, once again, do the empirical analysis of liaoning province tourism competitiveness, analysis the key factors influencing the tourism competitiveness of liaoning province, in the end, the future development of the tourism industry in liaoning province to provide countermeasures and Suggestions.Theory part of this article involves the competitive advantage theory, sustainable development theory, comparative advantage theory, tourism system theory, theory of factor endowments and the regional economic theory, etc., with scientific, systematic, comparable, pertinence and combination of quantitative and qualitative for the principle, build up the evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness in liaoning province, a total of seven first-level indicators, indicators including the environmental competitiveness of tourism, tourist transportation competitiveness, several different aspects such as the economic competitiveness of tourism competitiveness. Primary index has 28 secondary indexes, secondary indicators of specific data can be through 2013 and 2014 China statistical yearbook, China tourism statistics yearbook obtain directly or indirectly by simple calculation, through specific index data of BP artificial neural network model for simulation training. BP artificial neural network evaluation model can be used to solve the tourism competitiveness evaluation index information in the multifarious, incomplete information, there is a nonlinear relationship between index and index, and so on, and can solve the problem of subjectivity in evaluation process, therefore, this paper USES the model to do the empirical part of the liaoning province tourism competitiveness evaluation model. In addition, based on the summary of the paper, the author found that the BP artificial neural network model is applied in the field of economic forecasting analysis is more, so the method is used in evaluation of industrial competitiveness has certain innovation spirit. In the use of BP artificial neural network for competitiveness evaluation, research field almost focused on the Banks, real estate and urban economic research, and the study of tourism is relatively small. Therefore, this article choose BP artificial neural network model to the liaoning province tourism competitiveness to do the empirical analysis, using the trained model to analyze the liaoning province tourism competitiveness of 31 provinces and cities in the country ranking situation, and the key factors affecting the tourism competitiveness for identification and analysis. According to the results of the study concluded that the liaoning province tourism competitiveness comprehensive ranking for the 11, on average, but not a powerful province of tourism. On the basis of objective analysis and evaluation on the overall level of tourism industry in liaoning province, and to promote the competitiveness of the tourism industry in liaoning province to provide practical, can really promote the liaoning province tourism policy Suggestions, with the development of tourism to drive the vigorous development of the economy as a whole, in liaoning province with strong domestic tourism province, liaoning province, such as the gap in the tourism market of guangdong province., of course, also there are some deficiencies, this paper first of all, in this paper, the index system is built on the basis of reference to other relevant literature summary, and considering the availability of indicators, the indicators of the selection of artificial subjective factors, will affect how accurately the results of empirical research; Secondly, according to the data availability, select index to evaluate 28 basis, the evaluation object is the liaoning province tourism competitiveness, are to be less training samples, may be the cause of the discomfort of artificial neural network model, the further optimization of subject to further research.In this paper, the fifth part, the empirical analysis indicates that the main influence factors are affecting the liaoning province tourism competitiveness park green land area per capita, per capita GDP, the third industry of GDP and the number of star-rated hotels. From the perspective of several key factors, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of tourism in the national tourism market in liaoning province, in-depth excavation of the tourism industry in liaoning province have potential competitiveness, contact the reality features, practical and effective policy advice, existing potential competitiveness into reality in the tourism market competitiveness, promote the competitiveness of the tourism industry in liaoning province in an all-round way, the liaoning province tourism resources advantages into real competitive advantage.
