With the globalization of the knowledge economy and the rapid development of science and t echnology, enterprise development no longer depends entirely on whether has abundant funds, but relies on the knowledge and the talent. However, in the increasingly fierce market competition, tal ent competition is particularly prominent. Because talent is the main source of enterprise core com petitiveness and the key resource competited between enterprises.Therefore, talent development a nd reservation is the long-term strategy of enterprise in the market economy.With economic development, many companies are at a disadvantage in talent competition. Th e quite common loss of talent cause a high-frequency staff turnover and weaken the enterprise co mptency, which also develop a serious adverse impact on business operations and even economic i nterest. If we do not reduce the turnover rate in a timely manner, or to take effective measures, the enterprises will face a great crisis.This thesis focuses on the loss of talent in domestic and abroad, carrying in-depth research an d analysis based on the related representive research result. We take the QG company as the main research object. Different questionnaires were designed in relevant theoretical models which based on the loss of talent and potential loss of talent in QG company. Based on the survey and statistica1processing on the data, we analysis the fundamental reasons of talent loss, making feasible and o perable mitigation measures, which help to improve the human resource management of QG coma ny and talent contribution for QG development.
