| As the significant support of our national economy, state-owned enterprise plays a leading role in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, under the background of SOE reform and the international economic situation, and because of the management system weaknesses, part of the SOE has some problems in Integrity risk control, which caused a great loss not only in the enterprise, but also in the country. Therefore, to implement SOE integrity risk control, to analysis various factors, and to establish specific measures could be a great help, and basically developing a long-term system to improve the risk control level of the SOE.In this study, take the Shenzhen state-owned enterprise SZZY Company as an example, practice to the PDCA Theory and Modern Risk Management Theory as the support, and place the integrity risk control as the target quality control. According to the investigation in the company, and set up a four steps project, which is plan (P), do (D), check (C), action (A). By circulating this PDCA Theory and constantly improving the prevention and control mechanism, to formulate a spiral PDCA cycle management process, and at last to establish the scientific and efficient management mechanism and risk control. |
