Economic globalization and market dynamics of tourism enterprises increasingly high demand,the demand of tourism personalized increasingly remarkable,tourism enterprises are facing great opportunities and challenges. On one hand, tourism market continues to expand and the demand of tourism emerging tourism enterprises with more market opportunities; on the other hand, the changing market opportunities, on the tourism market reaction ability of enterprises and new product R&D ability put forward higher requirements. Tourism business management and participate in market competition the key strategy to become how to quickly grasp the changing market opportunities. Tourism products integrated decided single tourism enterprises to provide a variety of advantage resource of tourism products and services more difficult, and in particular the market opportunity, when tourism enterprises lack a core competence, permanent acquisition is not the best way, is the best way to seek to have the core competence partner, enterprise of have the aid of external force, to realize the optimization of resources. Therefore, this article proposes a market opportunity for tourism enterprises to implement a competitive strategy and management idea--tourism enterprises strategic alliance.This paper firstly in theory on the basis of the definition of the trinity of tourism in Zhuhai, then from the government, industry, enterprise three respects analysed Zhuhai to travel the trinity management system reform. Then the analysis of the tourism enterprise behavior, then on the Zhuhai tourism market performance and its influencing factors analysis and research.
