During the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the core of wealth topromote economic development, the core wealth carrier is talent, and the competition is thecompetition for talent. In the situation of the challenges and opportunities, humanresources development and training work put forward higher requirements. Humanresources, especially training work become a core management activity. Enterprises inorder to obtain the better competition, and the implementation of more effective resourceto build the core competitiveness, improve staff quality, design and implementation of atraining system to adapt to the requirements of the strategic development as the key issuesthat must be addressed by enterprises as well as the human resources department.Now more and more companies recognize the importance of training work, it isessential to business investment in human capital, continuing to increase investment intraining, to strengthen the management of training.But the reality is that many enterprisesthere are actual training ineffective, the core reason is out of touch of the corporate trainingand corporate strategy, corporate training work is not for corporate strategy services, ortraining strategy does not match with the corporate strategy. In order to achieve thestrategic goals of the enterprise, we must be a combination of the system of corporatetraining and enterprise development strategies, build corporate strategy oriented trainingsystem.This paper reviews the international academic research on the theory of corporatetraining, describes the relationship between corporate training and corporate strategy,discussed the principle of the strategy-oriented training system build requirements,procedures, and methods. Base on study of Black&Decker Suzhou company, introducesand analyzes Black&Decker Suzhou company training system status and theproblems. And then design Black&Decker Suzhou company strategy oriented trainingsystem framework, based on the establishment of the theory of strategic orientation and training system. In the case study, combined with a strategy-oriented training systemmodel are discussed in detail in the entire process of the strategy-oriented training system,including Black&Decker Suzhou company’s training needs analysis, training plan, theimplementation of the training activities and training effectiveness evaluation entiretraining cycle system. Provide some specific techniques and methods, and has certainoperability, trying to find some new solutions to build strategic training system work....
