The development strategic research of shandong geological printing plant strategyimplement, strategic core competency, environmental analysis By examining strategicmanagement and growth experience of Chinese enterprises, business has entered the competitivelandscape of comprehensive market-oriented. For those who went before him in strategicmanagement and core competencies will occupy the dominant position in the future marketcompetition. and those enterprise who making progress, step by step, stuck in the past extensivemanagement model will eventually be out of the market. Therefore, exploring thecountermeasures to enhance strategic core competencies of enterprises is becoming an importanttask of the Chinese enterprises, which is the starting point of this study. The text is divided intoseven parts. The first section describes the content of this study, research ideas, research methods,innovation and features. The second section provides an overview of the Strategic EnterpriseManagement’s basic theory, the definition and characteristics of core competencies, the structureof the core competencies of corporate strategy. The third part is about analysis of the externaloperating environment of Shandong Geological printing by using of strategic managementtheory. Specifically, the article first summarizes the basic situation of Shandong Geologicalprinting plant. Secondly, it analyzes the external operating environment of Shandong ProvinceGeological printing plant, the main contents are: political and legal environment, economicenvironment, internal environment, technology environment. Thirdly is about the analysis ofindustry competitive, including the analysis of industry technical capacity and thecompetitiveness of the enterprise. The fourth part is about analysis of the internal environment ofShandong Geological printing by using of strategic management theory. Specifically is theanalysis about the financial situation, organizational structure and corporate culture, value chain,technology research and development capabilities, sourcing capabilities, manufacturingcapabilities, marketing capabilities and human resources management. The fifth part is about theanalysis of the development strategy of the Shandong Geological printing plant. It contains: Firstis the SWOT analysis,second,proposing strategic analysis and strategic objectives based on theenterprise core competencies, thirdly, specifically addressed the implementation of the strategy,including the aspects of technology research and development, procurement chain, manufacturing sectors, the marketing aspect, human resources aspects,Finally, describes thestrategic control of the geological printing. The sixth part describes the guarantee of the strategyimplementation, including the organizational structure, information technology, capitalinvestment and other content. The part of seven summarizes the conclusions of this study, aswell as the prospect of the future research.By elaborating theories of strategic management and core competencies, this paper providethe key issues, solutions and countermeasures of the main problems about the management ofShandong Geological printing plant. The industrial environment of the enterprise provide theconditions for building strategic core competencies of enterprise, but the strategic resources,creativity, entrepreneurship, corporate culture is the inner foundation of the corporate strategyof capacity building,and the continuous innovation is the building motivation of the enterprise’sstrategy competencies.Now the external environment of printing industry is relativelystable,therefore, based on the reality,the printing companies must explore resources and improvecapabilities,only the continuous innovation will create a new corporate strategic corecompetencies, which can be obtained based on business growth overall strategic capability.
