A Study On The Application Of Matter-element Analysis In Enterprise’s Decision Of Investment Environment

As the international economic integration, enterprises not only face the challenge of brutal competition in theworld.Chinese enterprises must improve environmental protection awareness in order to go abroad. Environmentalcost is increasing so to price products must consider environment factors under the attention of people andgovernment. So environment investment decision must be enforced. Traditional decision caused mistake ofdecision without consideration of environment factors. Environment investment decision is the investmentdecision including environment factors. It adapts the trend of the times. Enterprises must consider environmentfactors to make investment decision when they use investment assessment method to do decision analysis,including environmental cost and benefits. To promote enterprise’s executives to make a comprehensivedecision-making including environment factors has a great impact on enterprise and society. This paper firstlyclarify the background, purpose and meaning, the contents, methods and ideas of the study, and then carry outliterature review to find out the starting point of this study and the theory foundation. Then it introduces how touse Matter Element Analysis in environmental investment decision-making and its concrete steps and makes asummary of environment investment decision-making based on Matter Element Analysis. And then the paperanalyzes the case which makes decision based on Matter Element Analysis. Make the investment decision for thedevelopment and environmental protection issues of enterprise A and make decision by Matter Element Analysis.Finally, provide the shortcomings and suggestions of the study. This paper aims to find out practical method, theapplication of Matter Element Analysis in environment investment decision-making, for enterprises to doenvironment investment decision. We expect there will be more scholars to pay attention to the theory andpractical issues of environmental investment decision so that people can use these environmental investmentdecision-making methods in practical activities and guide investment and management.
