The Study Of Rural Minimum Living Issues In Xinzhou City

With the rapid development of the society, the improvement of the Chinese market economyand the grow of the China’s financial revenue, livelihood issues have been attracted by the public’sattentions. The minimum living protection of resident, which is an important part of the socialsecurity system, also is the last defense of the social security.Xinzhou City, where the agricultural people is the majority of population, has11state-levelpoverty-stricken counties of the city. It is urgent and necessary to protect basic living and safeguardsurvival basic human rights of the rural poor people.On the basis of searching broadly domestic and international research literature on theminimum living security system, this article tries to explain the concept of the rural minimum livingsecurity system and its theoretical basis, discuss the minimum living security system constructionstatus of the typical country. On this basis, this thesis systematically explores the rural minimumliving security system in Xinzhou City through the site investigation and comparative analysis.Moreover, this article also focuses on problems of the rural minimum living security system inXinzhou City, for example, coverage is still low, and the level needs to be improved. Moreover, theprinciples and improvement countermeasures also will be discussed in this research.
