The Research On The Rural Minimum Living Security System In Hunan Province

The rural minimum living standard security system is the main body of the socialrelief system in rural areas and an important part of the social security system inChina. The foundation of the rural minimum living standard security system is ofgreat signifance as the urban and rural social relief system in Hunan.It has reformedthe rural traditional remedies,basically solved the clothing and food problems of thepoor rural areas,safeguarded the basic life of the rural poor householdes,and made thethe basic life of the rural poor householdes institutional safegauarded by publicfinance.The Hunan rural minimum living standard security system has made considerableprogress in regulating the social interests and narrowing the gap between rich andpoor, resolving social conflicts, promoting social equity, building a harmonioussociety of great and far-reaching significance since2007. However, along with theincome gap between rich and poor, the increased social conflict, the improvement ofsocial expectations, make rural minimum living standard security system changedfrom the empirical type to scientific, standard, system type, has become the mainbottleneck of the healthy operation and the sustainable development of the ruralminimum living standard security system.This article aims to preliminary clarify thecontext of the development of the rural minimum living standard security system byreviewing the rural minimum living standard security system in China and Hunan, andthe development of social assistance abroad.Finally,propose the idea of sustainabledevelopment of the rural minimum living standard security system.
