In the supply chain environment, if enterprises want to maintain high-speed development, managers must be supported with supplier management system which is in line with nowadays environment. In the supplier management system, the supplier selection and evaluation is related to the success of the modern enterprise supplier management.This issue is about how to use the scientific management method for supplier selection and evaluation. It points out the problems of supplier selection and evaluation at present after analyzing of the existing system and analyses the advantages and disadvantages based on the achievement of former scholars. Combined with the actual situation of the DSA, expert opinions method and analytic hierarchy process are used to design a new supplier selection and evaluation system to DSA.In order to be more practical and operational, the evaluation system is as easy as possible to obtain the true and reliable data, while the evaluation index is in line with the characteristics of DSA with scientific method and available data in the design process. Linear weighting method, analytic hierarchy process and other means are also used with the idea of project management to optimize supplier selection and evaluation system. The issue integrates the evaluation index with the method of linear weighting and establishes the entire system of supplier selection and evaluation.
