As a relatively fast pace of economic development in the world’s countries, China’s industry plays an important role in the rapid economic growth. Layout of the development of China’s modem industry has gone through three stages the basic of balanced, unbalanced and regional coordination. Based on this, the degree of industrial land utilization in the time and space has also undergone tremendous changes. Face on industrial development and industrial land problem, the Ministry of Land and Resources issued a series of industrial land areas rectify the land market and land construction and clean up files. The important position of the industrial land was increasingly prominent. The purpose of this study is that, in the context of industrial land has become increasingly prominent and industrial restructuring, the study make a measure of the balance and the efficiency of industrial land. And then, we explored its variation in development from the perspective of spatial and time. The purpose is to reveal the changes of China’s industrial land use with the evolution of efficient regional content. For this reason, on the basis of theoretical research and literature review, first we had a study on the overall balance of China’s industrial land use efficiency by use the Lorenz Curve and the Theil Index analysis, in order to determine the stage of development of China’s industrial land use and future trends. Then the study chose three indicators of industrial land investment intensity, industrial land output intensity and industrial land efficiency indicators to comprehensive analysis the industrial land use efficiency from three aspects of the input, output and efficiency. At last, Spatial analysis was applied to measure the spatial differentiation and the development of the law of evolution and determine the transfer path of the center of the spatial concentration. The conclusion of the study showed that the efficiency and balance of industrial land were rising from the southeast coast to the Midwest. And the industrial land balance between the three gradient was increased, but the gap of provinces was gradually widening in each gradient. In addition, difficult to repair and extensive pattern of land use resulted in shrinking of industrial land.
