Research On The Network Information Behavior Of Financial Staff

In the context of the rapid development of IT, network information behavior has become one of the most prominent social behaviors, aroused a growing number of scholars to explore and study on it, and also output wealth of research results, but the study of network information behavior of the financial staff is still blank. As we all know, finance is the core of modern economy and an important engine of economic development. Financial staff behavior management occupies an important position in the operation and management of financial institutions, the research of financial employee behavior is significant implications for regulating financial, making financial security and accelerating the development of China’s economy. With the in-depth development of financial information, the network behavior of the financial staff starts to get more and more attention. Therefore, the study of the network behavior of the financial staff, can not only enrich the network information behavior theoretical system and the practical application research of network information behavior, but also can expand the research perspective and content of the financial staff behavior.This paper take the financial staff’s network information behavior as study object, on the basis of the study of concepts and theories of information behavior and network information behavior, further enrich the theoretical system of network behavior and financial staff behavior; reference to the classical theory and model of information behavior and the analysis of Accelerated Strategic Computing Initiative (ASCI) project, combined with the unique network information behavior of the financial staff, build a modeling framework of network information behavior of financial staff, design the index system of influencing factors of financial staff’s network information behavior; design the questionnaire based on the index system, and expand the sample survey on financial institutions mostly in Anhui and Hunan Province, through the mathematical statistical analysis, evaluate the degree of importance of influencing factors of financial staff’s network information behavior; identify the problems and deficiencies of the financial staff’s network information behavior, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Part1combine with background of network information behavior research and development of the financial employee behavior research, clarify the significance of the topic, research ideas and methods, the research contents and framework, research schedule and major innovation.Part2make the reseach literature review on information behavior and the network behavior information theory, summarizes the contents, the research direction and influencing factors of the information behavior at home and abroad, and make bibliometric analysis of the financial staff behavior, analyze the deficiencies of the existing research and demonstrate the Scientific and necessity of the this topic.Part3reference to the classical theory and model of information behavior and the four elements of information processing and information flow indicators of Accelerated Strategic Computing Initiative (ASCI) project, build financial staff network behavior model framework combined with the characteristics of the financial staff, and design the index system of influencing factors of financial staf’s network information behavior.Part4based on the index system of influencing factors of financial staffs network information behavior, improve the index system combined with interviews, and design the questionnaire, expand a small range of pre-investigation, based on the pre-survey results to modify and improve the questionnaire, on this basis, expand the sample survey on financial institutions mostly in Anhui and Hunan Province, through the mathematical statistical analysis, evaluate the degree of importance of influencing factors of financial staff’s network information behavior.Part5based on mathematical statistical analysis of the survey results, identify the problems and deficiencies of the financial staff’s network information behavior, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Part6review the main work and the main conclusions of this paper, point out the limitations of the study, and prospect the future research directions and the starting point.
