With the ever increasing impact of the global information revolution, the tide of IT application in enterprises has been raised. In order to sustain and reinforce their competitive advantage, enterprises apply Information Technology and Information System (IT/IS) to many fields. IT/IS has brought both opportunities and challenges to the business world, as well as higher standards and demands for organizational technology and management. For organizations, the effective combination with the IT/IS and the adoption of it could influence both the management upgrading and competitive status sustaining. However, failure and success go hand in hand during the information revolution in enterprises, which leads both the theoretical circles and business circles to recognize that the adoption of IT/IS should not be limited in the technology level. Apart from that, mandatory management and implementation of IT/IS could cause "forced adoption" and "symbolic adoption", having a negative effect on the potential value of IT/IS, sometimes even bringing implementation failure. This paper studies the issues of the employee’s decision behavior concerning voluntary adoption on IT/IS with the organization and the improvement of organizational innovative adoption performance based on man-machine.This paper combines the theoretical research with empirical research, utilizing relating studies and researches on IT/IS adoption, innovation diffusion, social psychology, behavioral science and organization theory. The study of this paper gives a research view embedded in every level of the organization, observing the psychological and behavioral change of the organizational members during the IT/IS adoption in a dynamic way. The perspective of this study includes "individual level","organizational level", and "internal organizational level". Studies concerns on the individual subjective understanding element "self-efficacy", which implies the "individual level", and the overall decision behavior of IT/IS adoption, which implies the "organizational level", and finally the factor of the "organizational support" within the organization have been put emphasis in this paper, which implies the "internal organizational level" within the individuals and organization. This paper elaborates and analyzes the decision behavior mechanism of the organizational employees’ voluntary adoption of IT/IS, and builds its theoretical mode.This paper gets the following conclusions from the empirical research:(1) The primary effecting route of this study has been verified:"organizational support----self-efficacy----IT/IS adoption willingness----IT/IS adoption behavior performance." The Instrumental support and emotional support provided by the organization could effect the employees’ voluntary adoption of IT/IS through influencing the individuals’ psychological cognition, self-efficacy. More confidence will be gained when more supports are provided by the organization, expressed as stronger self-efficacy of employees and better performance on decision behavior of employees’ voluntary adoption of IT/IS.(2) The action mechanism of organizational support on employee’s psychology and behavior has been analyzed, that is, organizational support could not have significant and direct effect on the self-efficacy of employees. It is the psychological assessment on their supervisor support and colleague support that gives them experience of organizational support, thus affects their psychology and behavior. This paper analyzes the effecting mechanism and verifies parts of the intermediation of organizational citizenship behavior on the internal organizational level (supervisor support and colleague support). Meanwhile, the study traces backwards the source of the decision behavior willingness on employees’ voluntary adoption of IT/IS and the source of behavior performance of IT/IS, and analyzes the relationship mode in detail. This study has formed the action mechanism of employees’ voluntary adoption of IT/IS, which will give theoretical, practical and methodological guide for the enterprises to adopt effective IT/IS.
