In recent years,the development of the market has been related to the development of the car market.The taxi market has differentiated from the operation mode of the traditional taxi business.It has played a great role in promoting the traffic development in the process of urbanization.However,the network jumper car software is in the stage of market cultivation,although with good prospects for development,but how to effectively promote it is an urgent need to solve the problem.At present,there is little research on the field of Internet access,and the research on the information sharing behavior of car owners is almost blank.This paper takes the owners of the network car owners as an example,and adopts the literature method and the interview method.On the basis of the research on the related theoretical knowledge of the network bus,the network information behavior and the information sharing behavior,the information sharing behavior To discuss.First of all,the network car owners car information sharing behavior interview outline,20 owners of demographic statistics and analysis.And then analyzes the information sharing behavior of the car owners from the five aspects of sharing platform,way,content,motivation and emotion cognition change respectively.Among them,the shared behavior is divided into two drops of the platform and the drip platform,drip platform is divided into third-party platform and third-party platform outside the two.Found that 20 owners have a platform to publish information and drop the platform inside and outside the passenger exchange behavior,followed by more than the software exchange and invite friends behavior.The main content includes: the need for orders,travel time,travel information,anti-cheating information,industry information,driving time,work experience,experience,life status,sports car motives.The main ways of sharing include publishing information,exchanging conversations,evaluating reviews,and forwarding information.Shared motivation mainly includes the acquisition of basic needs motivation,access to benefits,social motivation,reputation,motivations,emotional expression,personal habits,altruism,security needs motivation.Shared emotional changes are analyzed in three phases: access to information,shared information,and shared feedback.Finally,the analysis of the car owners sharing the existing problems.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:the owners of the vehicle owners are chosen as the research objects,and the characteristics of the information sharing behavior of the vehicle owners are summarized,and the problems in the process of information sharing are summarized and analyzed.
