The third part briefly introduces the measures and effects of developed countries humanized residential cost management, management of human nature of housing in China and the existing problems, in-depth study of China human residential management mechanism, introduced our country construction project construction system and the construction procedure, the construction procedures in accordance with the life cycle is divided into early, the mid and late three stages, through the construction project of the spontaneously management to save investment, reduce the cost of.
