Enterprise performance evaluation system is an effective institution which can truly reflect the company appears and business results. Companies could detect business matters timely by using a reasonable Enterprise performance evaluation system, of which helps to mobilize the enthusiasm of the corporate managers, besides, it will also be a useful means to build self-supervision and self-discipline during the enterprise operation. Enterprise performance evaluation and examine system will be developed along with social development economic advance and the growth of the very company itself. An important way of maintain a healthy and stable development of enterprises is to guide them to enhance their ability to create value, optimize enterprise structure, focus on strategic investments, strengthen independent innovation and, pursue the long-term performance by setting up an enterprise performance evaluation system, taking EVA as a core.This article focuses on how to establish an EVA core enterprise performance evaluation system in Gansu Hualing Company. We describes the inadequate points in current performance evaluation system of this company and then propose general requirements, basic procedures and calculation methods which helps establish a new EVA core enterprise performance evaluation system after analyzing the insufficient points of existing evaluation methods.Combined with the actual situation of Hualing Company, the new performance evaluation system framework which inherited the current evaluation method, and improved by EVA core and financial/non-financial indicators (significant events and business). Meanwhile, determine the EVA accounting adjustment.This article also proposed assessment advice on how to use the results of the evaluation. On the analysis of the company’s existing incentive system, describes how to build Hualing incentive system based on EVA. In addition to this, we discussed total compensation of this company and finally, argued the salary distribution method among enterprise managers, senior managers, research and development department employees and general staff.
