The Case Research On Haier Group’s Working Management Under The Value Chain Guidance

With the continuous development of economic globalization, the competitive environment has undergone a fundamental change, and had a huge impact on the traditional working capital management.Traditional working capital management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise customers in the new environment dominated management.Based on working capital management under the value chain guidance, to strengthen enterprise funds management in management concept,management means,management way and method choice area to break traditions,from strategy height mining funds potential, to establish the funds management system of adaption to modern enterprise environment, rational allocation of resources, maximize the overall efficiency in the use of funds, funds for the highest returns and create maximum value, in order to achieve the advantage, maximize the value of enterprise.Based on the above understanding, this article to Haier Group for cases,on how to strengthen corporate working capital management from the perspective of the value chain case by the way of the case research,through the value chain thought in Haier Group trading funds management,which is achieved way and coming to this concluded,by new analysis of problems existing in enterprises working capital management, thus contributing to the value chain orientation of our other businesses provides lessons on working capital management.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is an introduction to set out this background and significance;The second part describes the causes and type of the research on Haier Group working capital management under the value chain guidance,And analysis of the status of the Haier value chain and working capital management theory, proposed Haier implementation of the type;The third part is the focus of this article, the specific mode of Haier Group’s value chain-oriented management of working capital analysis, namely business process reengineering, organizational structure reengineering, the capital flow reengineering and implementation of information technology; the fourth part is to come changes implemented by the Haier Group and an important guarantee after the recycling;Part five summarizes the article and concluded that recycling model gives us the inspiration of Haier Group, has made this article of research gaps and suggestions for further research.
