Research On Improving Working Capital Management Of Zhonghen Group

The global financial crisis of2008has brought different financial crisis to some enterprises, which has adopted restricted or aggressive approach and moderate approach of working capital management. It makes us introspect principles、policies and approaches of working capital in normal state different from which in crisis. And we should think about how the enterprise to adjust and improve working capital management during financial crisis.Under financial crisis, the article adopts theoretical analysis and case study. firstly, we bring up the theory about working capital management and approach of working capital, then, we analyze present situation of zhongheng group from management policy、the short-term operations and managerial efficiency. There are some outstanding problems including unreasonable structure and managerial inefficiency in zhongheng group. Secondly, we analysis the reason of problems, and we consider the key problem is zhongheng group short of new performance evaluation system of working capital management. Lastly, we integrate supply chain management and channel management to design a two-dimension performance evaluation system as environment for its starting-point. The object of the article is to provide some ways to improve working capital management to zhongheng group during capital crisis.The innovation of this article is the case s udy on working capital management of zhongheng group before and after capital crisis, to increase some relevant literature information of working capital management in crisis. At the same time, we integrate supply chain management and channel management to design a two-dimension performance evaluation system as environment for its starting-point. We provide some theoretical guidance for the improvement of working capital management in crisis.
