From1970China’s first man-made satellite launched successfully, to launch lunar exploration program. China’s space industry after50years of development, Achieved rapid development in space technology, space applications, space science. Manned spaceflight field, achieved a historic breakthrough, lunar exploration project has progressed smoothly, expanding international influence. Due to our current military high-tech enterprise system is in the process of transition to a socialist market economy, with the development of socialist market economy model of modern enterprise management mode is still in the construction phase. In this transformation process many military enterprises find it difficult to adapt to. Their own drawbacks increasingly prominent. These problems seriously restrict the development of enterprises.This paper use the Lanzhou institute of Physics manufacturing center as the research object, to explore the application of multidivisional structure in the aerospace enterprises. In the first part of this paper mainly introduces the organizational structure, business system, group control basic theory. This is the theoretical basis of the article. The second part introduces the development history of aerospace enterprise and the adjustment it made to adapt to enterprise development. It also research and analysis on the space between Lanzhou institute of Physics and manufacturing center. It designed a clear hierarchy and improve the function of the control mode.lt located the rights and duty of enterprise. The third part basis on analysised the organizational structure and personnel in manufacturing center, combined with the aerospace industry’s own characteristics, puts forward the structure adjustment of organization and the function of the key department Finally, this paper summarized the reform project implementation effect and problems of division made a organization structure adjustment plan and designed key departments function.This paper’s innovation is put forward the reform scheme of Aerospace Institute in Less-developed Regions conditions.By adjusting the Management and Control mode; change the organizational structure, improve the manufacturing center operation efficiency and competitiveness of Lanzhou institute Physics. For other domestic enterprises, especially the reference of aerospace enterprise organization reform.
