In order to carry out measures of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,company B further examine the problems existing in enterprise development,which mainly includes: constraint between functional departments,management efficiency is not high,the cost is difficult to control,low mercerization,industrialization,and so on.Based on company B as the special function of housing construction as the background,company B problem oriented,from the perspective of strategic management research at the same time of strengthening the management of B company development strategy,through the reform of B company's existing organizational structure,deepening reform and B company gripper and the breakthrough point,to solve the problem of B company existing affect B company development strategy through system analysis of internal and external key factors,formulate the company development strategy planning,at the same time,in order to make the B company organizational structure match the company development strategy,we from the organizational structure,the divisional system reform measures is introduced in trying to set operable for B company strategic management mode of divisional system organization,and to the center of the construction and management of department,for example,to explore the mode B company division system of separation of powers,control and incentive system.With B company as the typical cases,this article tries to study through the divisional system reform,realized on the basis of effective strategic management optimization B company organizational structure,strengthen the vitality,control and core competitiveness,improve the efficiency of the B company management and mercerization,industrialization level.To improve efficiency,increase your energy levels as the aim of the reform of state-owned enterprises and do best to promote state-owned enterprise larger "reform goals.On this basis,the conclusion of this study was to relevant departments formulate relevant to guide policy and the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises has special function to provide the reference.
