When the division system was promoted open in China, many state-owned enterprises were reformed, and implemented the division system. The system of the west division has many advantages, having been proven feasible in the western capitalist society. However, under specific conditions in China, adapting to the newly implemented division system in state-owned companies has been difficult. For this phenomenon, from the angle of the human resources management division system, this paper analyzes the problems and combines the experience in human resource management of company division system. Drawing upon the experience and lessons from home and abroad, human resource management division researches the management of state-owned enterprises'human resource to further study how to respond to overall business development strategy more efficiently, to provide countermeasures for motor division of human resource management improvement and innovation.
