Since China joined into the World Trade Organization, It’s economic development was better and better, the market competition has entered a new stage. In the new stage, the competition among enterprises has converted into the talent competition, Company’s human resources has become an important resource in competition, it decided the company to be successful or not.Salary is human resources management core and key, it is the top of an enterprise and all employees common concern to content; It was not only closely linked to the enterprise human resources management, but also tied to performance and the entire enterprise. Flexible compensation of salary system has an important influence on stable staff and motivate employees, because the enterprise only taken such system could attract talents, controled the loss of employees, motivated employees enthusiasm in work, in order to let employees to constantly create wealth for the enterprise.Salary has always been a complicated and sensitive topic. In the modern human resources management, salary is considered by employees as reward for individual contribution for the enterprise, it is no longer the traditional material rewards which was paid for the staff of fixed position. It seems that the salary is not only the material reward for employees engaged in the work, but also is a reward which the employee got from the contribution to the enterprise.
