How to outline the scientific and reasonable salary system is not only one of the most important parts of human resource management in modern enterprises, but also the key problem for all the enterprises to solve quickly as soon as possible. Under the circumstance of implement of scientific development and establishment of harmonious society, it is necessary for Chinese state-owned enterprises to combine employees'benefits with the companies' performance when salary system is established. Undoubtedly, Discussing on salary system reform of Chinese state-owned tobacco enterprises will be further helpful to resolve the issues that the existing salary system is of no effect to employees and will promote the improvement of human resources management, on the other hand, the reform process of Chinese state-owned enterprises will be further pushed.The thesis takes the establishment of incentive salary system of Pingwei Tobacco Company as study object by terms of modern business management theory and related research methods. On the basis of thoroughly elaborating the effect of current salary system in Pingwei Tobacco Company, we emphasize on discussing how to establish reasonable and effective salary system through the depth analysis of existing problems and reasons. In conclusion, the thesis presents basic system and implementation principles to enlighten other domestic tobacco enterprises to solve current problems of salary system.There are six parts in the thesis. The first one introduces the background and situation of foreign and domestic research and supports the selection of topic; On the basis of studying certain related definitions and theories, the second part mainly analyzes modern salary management which works as a good basic theory frame; The third part presents theoretical proof for reforming and perfecting current salary system of Pingwei Tobacco Company through analyzing its positive and negative effects; The forth part presents realistic proof for establishing incentive salary system of the company through further analyzing the problems and focusing on the reasons which causes the problems; The fifth one makes comprehensive elaboration on the guideline, basic rules and principles of the Pingwei Tobacco Company's establishment of incentive salary system; The last part is conclusion and enlightenment, which puts forward revelatory proposes and suggestions useful to the innovation of salary system in domestic state-owned tobacco enterprises.
