With the social progress and the economic growth of China, the demands for management training have been rapidly increasing. A large number of management training organizations (MTOs) have been established because of the low set-up cost and the to-be-perfect industry access system. The Frontier Victory Company Limited, founded three years ago, is an MTO that grows up in Gansu Province. Compared to its achievement, the Company is in a relatively tough situation owing to the social background and the internal to-be-solved problems itself. Analyzing as follows, this paper intends to provide the Frontier Victory with some suggestions, which are believed to help it develop in a positive way.The external background is analyzed in the first part. The elements include policy, economy, technology, and employment status.The internal background is analyzed in the second part. The elements include corporate culture, customer resource, core competence, brand operation and company management.With SWOT, and based on the conclusions in the previous two parts, the present advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and challenge of the Frontier Victory are summarized in the third part.With the Target Marketing and Positioning Theories, the market position of the Frontier Victory is advised in the fourth part.Based on the above conclusions, a series of marketing strategies that improve the situation of the Frontier Victory are suggested in the fifth part.
