The Empirical Research On The Factors Affecting The Competitive Advantage Of Enterprises In The Competitive Strategic Alliances

With the economy globalize and information technique improve ,the enterprise not only competes with domestic rival ,but also competing with overseas rival.These result in more rival and much more competing .In developed country ,especially in American,Europe and Japaneses,more and more MultiNational Corporation in the face of drastic competition commence adjusting competition relation ,namely from opposing competition to cooperation competition.In this context ,this paper researchs the factor of competitive advantage in competitive strategic alliances.This article carried out a empirical research on the factors which will affect the competitive advantage in competitive strategic alliances. Based on present works, the competitive intensity, the resource obtaining , the capacity obtaining ,the organizion learning and so on ,as are very important factors in the competitive strategic alliances. Therefore this article expounded the hypothesis for these factorss and planed some indexes of them, thus made a questionnaire. Then the formal questionnaire would be handed out these questionnaire to 260 enterprises in ChongQing district. And the conduction of the SPSS13.0 software, the data was compressed and the further analysis was done, thus insured the reliability of these indexes.Secondly, the questionnaire's datas was analyzed with the Amous4.0 sofrware. And realize Structure Equation modeling analytics . Based on the analytics, it was discovered that the competition intensity has the significant negative effect. on the competitive advantage ;the capacity obtaining has the significant positive effect on the competitive advantage;the resource obtaining has the significant positive effect on on the competitive advantage; the learning abilities of the enterprises has significant effect on the bargaining power.Finally, this article carried out the explanation on the result of this empirical research, provided some suggestions and measures to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises. Since it was the first time to research on the factors affecting the competitive advantage of the enterprises in the compititive strategic alliances , this article was just seeking to set up the index system, it has some shortcoming. However, it is very innotive to the future research for reference.
