Research On Problems Of China’s Rural Land Circulation

The implementation of household responsibility system of distribution of land to households, to be fair, the distribution of land according to the distance, fat and water conditions to match contract, resulting in China’s farmers " per capita three acres divided, all but ten Mu " and land decentralized, small farmland pattern. This pattern in China man land contradiction become increasingly prominent today, has been significantly hampered agricultural production efficiency, increase the income of farmers is severely restricted in the scale of operation of land, how to improve the efficiency of land resource allocation, promote the farmers income has become a major problem, rural land circulation emerge as the times require as a breakthrough to solve this problem.Today China’s land circulation is mainly the government’s guiding the spontaneous behavior of farmers throughout the development. This paper in the domestic and international research on the land transfer on the basis of relevant literature, using the method of theory and empirical research, taking Ningyang County of Shandong Province as an example, the current land transfer problem of comb, attempts to seek the reasons affecting the land circulation, and to provide reference.
