A Study On Land Property Rights Transfer Of Peasants About Huolu County In The Late Qing Dynasty And REpublic Of China

In Chinese traditional agricultural society, land is the lifeblood of peasant is the most fundamental material conditions for supporting a peasant to survive. In archives of Hebei Province,"A compilation of archives of Qing dynasty about Huolu County"and"A compilation of archives of Republic of China about Huolu County"have recorded many raw files reflecting land property rights transfer of local peasant that have higher historical materials value.The paper, making use of archives of Huolu County, with the help of economics and law, multipurpose using historical, positive and comparative analysis of research methods, mainly has carried on the practical discursion and analysis from four aspects to land property rights transfer of peasant about Huolu County in the late Qing dynasty and Republic of China, as showing the real picture for the living land of peasant in central Hebei during this time.The introduction discusses the meaning of selected topic and related academic achievements.
