The12th Five-Year Plan Period is the key period of Chinese economic transition. If theyare good at grasping the trend of enterprise, they can get amazing performance, and may be intogreat enterprise. Actively implement the transformation has become the inevitable choice forChinese minor enterprises, in order to meet the opportunities and challenges, conform the trend ofthe economic development. In2009,“The Survey Report on the Chinese One Hundred CEO”showsthat93%of CEO said enterprise must upgrade and49%of the CEO has begun leading enterprisetransformation. It shows that the transformation has become a major trend for business enterprisedevelopment.Firstly, the article reviews the research results relate on enterprise transformation, and thenanalyzing the problems and opportunities that exist in the transformational process on minorenterprises of Shanxi, Complex international environment brought seven opportunities to small andmedium-sized enterprises: the financing mode diversification, population urbanization,development of low carbon, high-end industry, enterprise information and the internationalizationof service economy. At the same time, the transformation of shanxi small and medium-sizedenterprise development faced with predicament in three aspects: first, transformation of obstaclescaused by the policy transformation environment; Second, transformation of developmentconstraints caused by the social environment; Third, the enterprise itself caused the transformationof the short board. Then structure the influence factors system on the development of constructionenterprise transformation. It uses the empirical analysis to extract and conclude the key factors thatinfluence enterprise transformation by the questionnaire survey method, and gets the conclusionthat policy environment on the development of enterprise transformation is positive; Industrydevelopment affects the enterprise transformation development direction; Minor enterprises want toimplement the transformation, they must have entrepreneurial guidance and strong human resources,these development transformation is through technology accumulation improve technologyintensive degree and the technical level of the process; Human resource factors is significant role inthe process; Research and development ability in enterprise transformation is the main driving forcein the process of development. Finally, I put forward specific measures: Convert the governmentfunction; Adjust the industrial structure; Shape the entrepreneurial spirit; Strengthen theconstruction of talent team, Promote independent innovation ability.In theory, the paper systematic researches the influence of the development of the enterprisetransformation factors, expands the research framework on influence factors of enterprisetransformation. In practice, the paper provides a basis for the minor enterprises’ transformation of Shanxi, and guides the transformational development, improves the successful rate oftransformation, and provides reference the transformation of enterprise development for otherprovinces.
