With the increasing development of economic globalization, and inthe face of the more and more complicated competition environment,being innovative enterprise has already become the common trait ofmodern enterprises. And the innovation ability of enterprise culturehas been one of the core competitiveness of modern enterprises.Enhancing enterprises’ core competitiveness, by means of theinnovation of enterprise culture construction and the creation ofcorporate philosophy, has received more and more attention from theenterprises. It is a subject in general to research how to createdistinctive enterprise culture on its own features, and use theresearch results of the enterprise culture in the domestic andinternational contemporary field for Chinese enterprises’ culturalpractices.Enterprise culture is the foundation of an enterprise. Thecontinuous innovative enterprise culture is the soul which can makethe enterprise maintain prosperous and stay young. This paper,regarding a large key state-owned enterprise—China MobileCommunication Corporation (CMCC) as the research subject, basedon the theory of modern enterprise management, investigates and analyzes the current situation of the construction of CMCC’senterprise culture, and analyzes CMCC’s enterprise culture by DanNelson Model and studies the establishment of institutionalizedmanagement system. At last, the fundamental countermeasuresabout the innovative construction of enterprise culture are putforward.Firstly, based on systematically analyzing and comprehensivelysorting the related domestic and international research results of thisfield, this paper tries to integrate the conceptions and theories ofcultural innovation to enterprises’ sustainable growth mechanism,thereby to study the significant meaning of cultural innovation to itssustainable growth. Then, through the case studying of China Mobile,this paper will give a further inspection about the rationality of thistheoretical study and practical conclusion. At last, it will measure thecharacteristics of enterprise culture; through analyzing the effect ofcultural innovation to enterprises’ sustainable growth, this paper triesto construct a theoretical system about this point, and exposes thatthrough influencing enterprise’s development factors, the differentcultural characteristics of enterprise culture will finally affectenterprises’ sustainable growth; in addition, this paper will putforward some countermeasures for enterprise’s cultural change andconstruction briefly.This study can be used for reference to China Mobile’s culturalconstruction, and is available for other enterprises as a reference towork out its enterprise culture strategies.
