Z Pharmaceutical Company("Z Pharmaceutical")was established in 1951,is China's largest joint venture pharmaceutical companies,by the "Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group" and the global 500 "joint Bozi" co-investment created by its affiliated member companies There are 22.The company a total sales of 37.823 billion yuan in 2015,compared to the previous year to achieve an increase of 12.8%,profit year on year to achieve a 7.17% increase.Although the development of enterprises is relatively good,but the increase in competition,the greater changes in the market environment and the increasing impact of the age of the staff age,coupled with the gradual increase in the distribution center and members of different places,making Z pharmaceutical management increasingly aware of the company The important role played by the cultural power in management.Experienced 65 years of development,Z medicine has been achieved with its own unique corporate culture of the building,such a cultural foundation to what level to promote the development of the company? To make the concept of corporate culture really recognized for the staff,and to achieve their conscious practice and compliance,the need for the cultural system how to sort out?
