Household contract managementsystem has made a huge contribution to agriculture in Shanxi Province. However,with the modernization of agriculture, industrial development, land contractedmanagement of land management scale fragmentation, Shanxi agriculturalmodernization, specialization, commercialization of large-scale decentralized beenhampered. And therefore, to the development of modern agriculture, agricultural landmust expand the scale of operation, and is the current reality of Shanxi Province, theimplementation of the transfer of agricultural land to expand the scale of operation isthe most effective way of agricultural land. Agricultural land transfer mode selectionis a very important aspect of the agricultural land transfer, to study how localconditions, select the appropriate mode of circulation, has important implications forthe smooth progress of the transfer of agricultural land.In this paper, empirical research and specification combined analysis, thecombination of theory and practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative researchmethod of combining, summarize, summarized the existing research results,systematically investigated and analyzed the natural and socio-economic conditions ofthe transfer of agricultural land in Shanxi Province, take advantage of the situationand the existing problems and the reasons summarized, on this basis, Inductiveprovinces and cities nationwide typical farmland transfer mode and impactfactors,using AHP to determine the transfer of agricultural land influence factors andthe right to re-investigated from a quantitative point of view, on this basis ShanxiProvince Rural Land Transfer the objective factors around the city of Shanxi Provinceclassify elected representative cities such as Taiyuan, Jincheng, Linfen, Yuncheng,using cluster analysis method compared with typical areas of Chongqing, determinewhether around the city in Shanxi Province with the adoption of new agricultural landtransfer mode conditions, to determine the appropriate mode of agricultural landtransfer in Shanxi Province.The following conclusions: first class, second class areas to Taiyuan, Jincheng,have the objective conditions of the implementation of the agricultural land inChongqing circulation patterns, based on government guidance, the implementationof the agricultural land transfer of the new model, the land trust mode as well as landfor social security; Linfen City, Yuncheng City, third class, fourth class areas fromChongqing, there is a large gap,to make greater efforts in terms of economic, social,farmers own endowment, does not yet have the conditions for the implementation ofnew agricultural land transfer mode, the farmland transfer mode still recommendtraditional subcontract, transfer, swap-based agricultural land transfer mode. And onthis basis put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation of Shanxi circulation patterns.
