A Model Study On The Risk Evaluation Of Knowledge Transfer In IT Outsourcing Service Based On Fuzzy Evaluation

With the development of computer, especially network technology, gradually IT technology has become to an enterprise’s core business, and based on it IT outsourcing has become a strategic choice of enterprise in a fast-changing environment. Actually IT outsourcing process is a process of information technology be thought as a key resource, it contains a great deal of knowledge management activities in this process, Therefore, knowledge transfer of IT outsourcing is a critical role for the success of outsourcing. With the growth of IT outsourcing service, risks of IT outsourcing has become even more prominent. But current research on risks in outsourcing are mostly from the perspective of service quality, transaction costs, size of enterprises, and research on knowledge transferring risks in the IT outsourcing services are relatively small. Therefore, we in urgent need of a scientific standard model and method for evaluation of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing serviceGiven this, this article starts from knowledge characteristics, and based on it, constructs knowledge transfer process model of IT outsourcing, then combines with different characteristics in different stage, evaluates knowledge transfer risk with fuzzy integrated assessment method, in the end, combines with specific case, so as to provide theory and practice support for customer enterprise and IT service enterprise in IT outsourcing service. Main research contents of this article are as follows:The first part is introduction and literature review. In the context of current research, by reviewing related literature at home and abroad, determines the research background and significance, summarizes the research purpose and objectives and research methods in this article. And on the basis of a comprehensive review of related research at home and abroad, raises problems in the current relevant research, and to give advice for problems.The second part is knowledge transfer process of IT outsourcing and analysis of influence factors, combines the knowledge characteristics of IT outsourcing service, divides knowledge transfer into five stages, namely send (Send), accept (Receive), conversion (Transform),application (Apply),feedback (Feedback) five stages, constructed model of knowledge transfer process (SRTAF), and analyzed knowledge transfer risk.The third part is the application of fuzzy evaluation method in the risk assessment and combination with a specific case analysis. This chapter introduces the specific steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation:firstly establishes the risk factor sets, evaluation sets, the weight set of each risk factors, confirms the membership of evaluation index,and based on the fuzzy relation matrix, then applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation, finally,. With empirical analysis of case of an IT information management consulting Co., LTD. in Shanghai, concludes related conclusions of the risk level of the enterprise case. Therefore, this paper from viewpoint of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing, constructs process model of knowledge transfer and fuzzy assessment model, it is important for IT outsourcing service providers and related enterprises.
